I am crazy about Salsa. It was a taste I acquired when waitressing in a Mexicana restaurant in my school day. Has been collecting Salsa recipe ever since. =D
- 2 tomatoes, pulp only
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 garlic clove, peeled
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons corlander
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
